【(宇宙萬物整個)存在=一種能量, 數百萬種方式表現出來,

   你是宇宙的一部分

   當你有一定程度的包容性,(即使只是)坐在這裡, 你就能體驗到:

   萬物融合整個宇宙=你自己=整個存在只有你

   此刻這個包容性受限於你的生理/身體, 能超越這個生理被擴展,

   (透過)yoga能轉換基本面, ∴必須讓你的生命進入yoga的過程

   凡能轉換你的力量,若遭誤用,亦能傷害你, 故須精確待之.

Existence is one energy, manifest in many different ways

All the same energy manifesting in millions of different ways,

  You are just a part of the universe,

If a certain level of inclusiveness happens within you,

  sit here, suddenly you can

experience the whole universe as yourself,

 Then You are in yoga(unionthe whole existence is only you).

Now the inclusiveness is limited to your physicality,

(but)it can be extended beyond physical nature(via yoga)

Yoga can transform the fundamentals of who you are.

You have to make your life into the process of yoga.

If something(ex:yoga) has the power to transform,

Then it has the power to cause damage if mishandled.

you have to be precise in the way you approach it(yoga).

 

出生前,你就帶著memory/karmic substance

You carry the karmic memory, genetic memory, mental memory, (karmic substance),

this memory(pastinformationkarmic substance),

you choose a certain womb, retained your physical form,

i.e. the foundation of this memory has constructed this body.

Since the moment you were born,

you have imbibed all the impressions,

In your mind, thoughts, emotions are all by memories,

  already passed,

Ex: Yesterday, he was doing something, we dislike him,

Today, no need to dislike him, but

Today you are living with that memory

which keep on going on the same thing:

I dislike the person”(X3)

Whether like/dislike him, (只要心裡有好惡) both ways

Mind/Memory is playing same old records over and over.

Memory is the only thing determines the nature of who you are.

Make you a certain kind of person/type of compulsions.

(various types of karmic memoriesrepetitive circles of compulsiveness)

Not allow you any perception to experience what’s today

No experience of life.

 

【解方:知道與memory正確的相處方式,

  進化為臨在(生命/存在的姿態)

  Yoga 會一步一步慢慢地釋放你, 先從身體開始這份彈性,

 後來這份彈性會進入生命的各個面向(///情緒等結構)

 漸漸地memory製造出一段距離, 你會開始變得彈性處世,

 人生不再卡在:一定要這樣或那樣, 漸漸地獲得自由.

Memory should not determine how I feel/experience my life.

This is about being able to carry it in your pocket.

You can activate it consciously if want,

otherwise keep it aside.

Memories still there, but not compulsively working thru you.

Then the freedom comes, memory is not a problem.

You have made a shell out of yourself, to break the shell,

youll evolve from a person to a presence.(as life/God is)

Yoga will release you, slowly, step by step, inch by inch.

a process/technology to create a distance with memory gradually,

staying in the body, but

  create a distance with memory, not being a part of it,

liberate yourself from memory,

This flexibility start working with your body,

afterwards come to every aspect  of your life

(karmic/psychological/emotional/physical structure).

You will become flexible in a particular moment,

not stuck being this/that way,

a certain level of freedom happening within you.

 

yoga好比是在調整身體的天線, 以便下載整個宇宙,

  但老天沒打算這麼簡單就放過你,

  ∴你需要每天練一定份量的功,練功,練功,練功(別想偷懶)

  乖乖練功2~5年的人, 意識地進食,

  停工3個月不練的你, 則會看見一堆強迫行為

  (ex:意識地進食=手抓食物就往嘴裡塞)

  若想要快速進步,努力多做一點,

  若不在乎進步慢,就隨己意做一點.

Yoga is like to get antenna to the right place,

If learn to hold this body right,

you can download the whole cosmos into this.

But nature is not going to release you so simply.

Yoga needs daily working/a certain amount of work.

Yoga needs to be handled in an extremely committed

  atmosphere, work at it.(x3)

Those who doing sadhana(ex:yoga,kryia) properly for 2~5 yrs,

no more a compulsion, eat consciously.

If stop your sadhana for 3 months,

suddenly you will see so many compulsions.

(ex: your hands will just grab about anything and put it in the mouth.)

If want to go rapidly, then a lot more to do,

If don’t mind going slowly, then something to do.
